Project Objectives:

  2. Condense a full training journey into a short, shareable format.

  3. Keep the cinematic look while making it fast-paced and engaging for social platforms.

Project Scope:

Pre-Production:

  • Designed a storyboard blending lifestyle + fitness (surf, drone arrival, gym entry, and workout highlights).

  • Planned early morning and gym sessions for maximum atmosphere.

Production:

  • Filmed two mornings in Port Macquarie with mixed drone and handheld coverage.

  • Captured key transitions: sunrise surf, car arriving, member walking into the gym, community training moments.

Post-Production:

  • One week of editing to craft a cinematic yet fast-cut social reel.

  • Color grading to balance warm sunrise tones with the intensity of indoor training.

  • Delivered in optimized formats for Instagram and Facebook.

Results
